Allen J West, Writer · Director · Executive Producer · Hospitality & Social Impact Entrepreneur

Allen J. West is an Emmy-winning producer, award-winning filmmaker, and social impact architect who builds movements as much as he builds content. A former foster youth himself — left in a hospital for thirteen months before entering the foster care system — Allen channels his own story into a body of work engineered to turn attention into action and narrative into measurable change. He operates at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and social transformation, where story becomes strategy and media becomes mission.

Allen's career spans some of the most recognizable names and networks in media. He served as Music Supervisor on TV One's Emmy-nominated four-part series Murder in Black & White, and as a Producer on Mike Tyson's Iron Mike Productions event series, which aired on Fox Sports as the network's #1-rated show. As Creative Producer of GIVE, he helped earn the 2017 Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Children's or Family Viewing Series. He went on to executive produce and appear as a supporting actor in Life Love Soul on BET Her, and to direct and executive produce Addiction Unplugged, a ten-part opioid-epidemic docudrama that premiered on A&E.

In 2020, Allen launched Dreamzzz Studio, a full-service content and event company specializing in building sustainable content ecosystems for top-tier corporate clients. The studio debuted with a live-stream concert featuring Reggaeton megastar Nicky Jam, and later co-produced a boxing and music event with boxing legend Floyd Mayweather and pro boxer and mixed martial artist John Gotti III, streamed live on the Zeus Network from inside FLA Live Arena. Dreamzzz Studio is now producing and directing Foster Dreamzzz, a full-length documentary film and three-part television series spotlighting the challenges and triumphs of foster youth aging out of the system. Allen's institutional work also includes a documentary and podcast series for Graham Windham, the historic organization founded by Eliza Hamilton.

Allen is also Co-Founder of High Table Advisory, a media, hospitality, and advisory platform operating at the intersection of luxury, entertainment, and culture. High Table produces premium brand activations and manufactures cultural moments — convening high-net-worth networks, talent, and brand partners inside curated environments and converting that attention and brand equity into durable, recurring value.

At the center of Allen's vision is the Global Dreamzzz Platform, a subscription-based media ecosystem that tells the real stories of orphaned and foster youth worldwide and empowers subscribers to directly support their journeys — reaching young people aging out of care and orphaned teens across the globe through cinematic documentaries, live events, and scalable media frameworks.

Most importantly, Allen is the proud father of two sons, AJ and Harlem.
